Usage and Limitations
When clients purchase digital photography packages from us, we grant them a limited license to reproduce the included photographs for personal, noncommercial use. This includes sharing with friends and family, uploading to personal social media, printing to physical media such as canvas or photo books, and other reasonable private usage.
This license excludes all commercial usage rights. Commercial usage includes offering photographs for sale in any form or as part of a greater digital or physical product, use as part of a commercial design or artwork, use in any form of advertising or promotion, and any other usage intended to generate profit or commercial publicity.

Featured Photographs
As professional photographers, we have a legitimate business interest in showcasing our work as a means of promoting our services to future clients. In addition to the appearance of the couple, wedding party and guests, this includes identifying the general location and (in the case of public/commercial venues) the specific venue shown in a photograph.
As a couple employing our services, you should expect that we may use your photos for this purpose. If you wish for us to refrain from featuring your photos, please discuss this with us before we agree on your purchase.
The above notwithstanding, it is our intent that featured images appear with the approval of those pictured. If your appearance in any of our featured images is a source of concern, please contact us to discuss the matter.
